— An experiential sound workshop with pianist, yoga instructor and sound healer Meg Ruby.
SOUND CAN HEAL, ENLIVEN, AND NURTURE US. IT CAN POSITIVELY IMPACT OUR LIVES, HEALTH, COMMUNICATION AND PRODUCTIVITY. SOUND ENABLES US TO DISCOVER FRESH POSSIBILITIES
WITHIN OURSELVES, OUR CONNECTIONS WITH OTHERS, AND OUR EARTH.
What we will explore in the workshop:
-How sound effects the body/mind from a physiological/scientific perspective
-Sound exercises for use in daily practice and group classes
-How to apply sound with yoga and movement
-Learn chants and other songs for healing
-How does sound effect communication, self confidence, and creativity.

Be guided into relaxation during this one and a half hour sound journey at Lucky Elephant Yoga and Wellness Center. Meg uses an array of sound and music to entice you into deep relaxation. You will be allowed the time and space to decompress from your daily physical and mental activities. Your mind and body will have the chance to feed itself the prana and oxygen it needs and craves.
